Wizard Tech Services LLC ("WTS", "we") is based in Ohio, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

  • Automatically: browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs - used for analytics and site performance.
  • Account information: the name and email you provide at signup, stored with our authentication provider.
  • Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. WTS never sees or stores your card details.

Third-Party Processors

We rely on the following services, each of which handles your data under its own privacy policy:

  • Stripe - payments
  • Supabase - authentication and account database
  • Mailgun, Resend, Google Workspace - transactional and business email
  • Google Calendar - consultation booking and scheduling (event attendees, times)
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics - cookieless aggregate page-view analytics; sets no cookies and stores no per-user identifiers, so it runs on every visit without consent
  • Google Analytics 4 - additional aggregate site usage analytics with IP anonymization. In the EU and other consent-required regions GA4 is off until you accept; in the US GA4 is on by default and you can opt out anytime via "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer
  • Cloudflare - DNS, caching, and network protection
  • Railway - application hosting
  • Affiliate networks (Amazon Associates, Newegg, Walmart, Micro Center) - may set cookies when you click affiliate links

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies and Analytics

Essential cookies are required for the site to function (authentication sessions, checkout, and saved UI preferences) and are not configurable.

Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on every visit but is cookieless. It records page URL, referrer, country, and browser/device family in aggregate. It does not set cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not assign per-user identifiers, so it does not require consent in any jurisdiction.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is additional, optional analytics. GA4 is configured with IP anonymization and no advertising features. Whether GA4 loads depends on your location and browser settings:

  • EU, UK, and other consent-required regions: GA4 is off until you click "Accept All" in the banner shown on your first visit.
  • United States: GA4 is on by default (opt-out model). You can opt out anytime via the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends the GPC signal (Brave, Firefox, DuckDuckGo, and certain configured Chrome and Edge installs), GA4 stays off automatically without any action from you. We honor GPC as a universal opt-out per California CCPA/CPRA guidance.

You can change your choice anytime via "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer. Affiliate partners (Amazon, Newegg, Walmart, Micro Center) may set their own cookies when you click an affiliate link, governed by their respective policies.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your account data at any time by emailing support@wizardtechservices.com. We honor these requests regardless of residency, in line with GDPR and US state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your account plus 30 days after closure for legal and accounting purposes, and then delete it unless longer retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

This site offers free educational content accessible to all visitors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and purchases require users to be 18 or older.

Your Privacy Choices (Do Not Sell or Share)

We do not sell personal information. To exercise your right under California's CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Tennessee, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, Indiana, New Jersey) to opt out of any sharing of personal information for analytics, use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the site footer to disable Google Analytics, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser - we honor the GPC signal automatically. Some third-party affiliate cookies may constitute "sharing" under CCPA; you can opt out by disabling third-party cookies in your browser.

Data Security

We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
