Do you provide warranty on your builds?
Yes, we provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all our builds. Individual components are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, which we'll help you manage if needed.
Can I provide my own parts?
Absolutely! We can assemble your PC using parts you've purchased. We'll ensure everything is compatible and properly configured.
What if a component is DOA (Dead On Arrival)?
We thoroughly test all components before and after assembly. In the rare case of a DOA part, we'll handle the RMA process with the manufacturer at no additional cost.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes. One-off remote help covers general troubleshooting ($60/hr), virus & malware removal ($40), OS reinstalls ($80-$100), and PC Setup, Optimization & Tune-ups ($30-$60) for debloats, driver updates, fan curves, and performance tuning. For ongoing needs, our monthly Support Plans bundle regular tune-ups, priority response, and discounts on services - the Gamer Support Plan ($75/mo) covers casual gamers and small communities, and the Content Creator Support Plan ($245/mo) adds AI model support, more revisions, and deeper creator tooling.
