Virus & Malware Removal
Comprehensive scan and removal with security recommendations. For severe infections, a clean OS reinstall is always the safer option - malicious software can hide and re-infect later. The $40 fee credits toward OS Reinstall if escalation is needed.

OS Reinstall

Data Recovery
Three tiers of recovery, from simple file restore to clean-room rescue. Pick the tier that matches your drive's condition - we'll confirm the right path during a free initial consult before you commit. Stop using the drive immediately to maximize recovery chances.
Basic Recovery

Process: Software-based recovery. Typically 24-48 hours.
If unrecoverable: If unrecoverable, fee rolls into Tier 2 - or pay $30 + Shipping for the failed attempt.
Tier 2 Recovery
- Corrupted file systems (NTFS, FAT32, ext4)
- Drive imaging + sector-level recovery
- Partial physical damage (bad sectors), RAID (2-4 drives)
Process: Advanced imaging techniques. Typically 3-5 days depending on size + condition.
If unrecoverable: Tier 2 does not roll into Tier 3. If unrecoverable, pay $60 + Shipping for the failed attempt.
Tier 3 Recovery
- Physically damaged drives (clicking, grinding, no detection)
- Water damage, fire damage, severe impact
- PCB replacement, head-stack work, clean-room rescue
Process: Performed by third-party clean-room specialists. Price varies with damage + compliance needs.
If unrecoverable: No partial refund for failed attempts - investment is committed up front.
