By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are a contract between you and Wizard Tech Services LLC ("WTS"), a limited liability company based in Ohio, USA.
1. Eligibility
This site's educational content is free and open to everyone. To purchase any service or subscription, you must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian purchase on your behalf.
2. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information at signup, keep your login credentials secure, and take responsibility for any activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or non-payment.
3. Payments & Billing
Fees are shown in USD and processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
4. Our Services
- SaaS subscriptions: access to hosted software for the term of your subscription.
- Support subscriptions: a defined bundle of services each billing period.
- One-time services: Custom software setup, Local AI setup, Custom PC builds, consultations, game servers, data recovery, and similar work.

5. Educational Content
The Info Hub, AI Hub, Software Hub, and similar free resources on this site are provided for general educational purposes only. They are not professional legal, financial, tax, medical, or security advice, and are not tailored to your specific situation. Always verify critical information against authoritative sources and consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here. WTS is not liable for actions taken based on free educational content.
6. Warranties
- We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on PC builds, repairs, and setup services: if a covered issue recurs within 30 days, we will redo the work at no additional cost.
- Hardware components are covered by their original manufacturer warranties; we will assist with RMAs.
- Data recovery carries tier-specific terms published on its service page.
OTHER THAN THE WARRANTIES ABOVE, SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY OHIO LAW.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not: reverse engineer or scrape our software, resell services without written permission, use the service for unlawful activity, or harass our staff.
8. Intellectual Property
WTS retains all rights to its software, site content, and deliverables except where expressly transferred to you in writing. Active SaaS subscriptions grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use.
9. Affiliate Links
This site earns commissions through affiliate links. Recommendations are based on independent evaluation. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY OHIO LAW, WTS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID WTS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WTS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify WTS against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the services or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time, subject to the Refund Policy. Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete associated data after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any claim, contact billing@wizardtechservices.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution.
- Small claims: either party may bring a qualifying claim in an Ohio small-claims court.
- All other disputes: resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Ohio. You and WTS waive the right to participate in a class action.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
16. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in effect.
